Qualifications

• Age: at least 18 years old.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge required.
• Must be able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with store management and teammates to maintain a motivated, productive environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain store organization, and follow cash handling and loss-prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies, using PPE as required.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Assist with diagnostics-related inquiries and basic vehicle-related questions.
