Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a professional level sales associate. This role requires expertise in automotive systems and customer service. Responsibilities include providing selling experiences for DIY customers, managing DIY services, and achieving sales goals. Candidates should have 3-5 years of prior experience and strong communication skills. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
