A leading automotive parts retailer in North Windham, Connecticut is seeking a Professional Level Sales Associate. This full-time position requires expertise in automotive systems and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include managing DIY services, achieving sales goals, and providing a friendly experience to customers. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and strong knowledge of store inventory processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.

Education

Must have a valid driver's license
