Job summary

Auto Glass Now in Minnesota is seeking a Sr. Auto Glass Technician to join our fast-growing team. You will install windshields and other auto glass, calibrate ADAS systems, and deliver exceptional service to customers at shop locations, airport facilities, or mobile units.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive glass installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Proficiency with several types of automotive glass and tools.
• Knowledge of auto mechanic tools and replacement techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be 18+ and physically capable of the job.

Responsibilities

• Install windshields and auto glass in shop, airport, or mobile units.
• Calibrate ADAS and vehicle electronics.
• Repair chips and other glass damage.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with a job well done.
• Process payments from mobile customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Provide world-class customer service to customers and vendors.
