Job summary

Safelite is hiring an Auto Glass Technician to repair, replace and recalibrate auto glass in Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop environments. This role leverages Safelite training and advanced tools to deliver safe, high-quality service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will work with True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System, and MRM technology while maintaining safety, professionalism, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, ensuring safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage customer communications.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles and document work orders.
