Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive glass installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check.
• Proficiency with multiple types of automotive glass.
• Strong knowledge of auto mechanic tools and techniques for glass repair/replacement.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Strong customer experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Install windshields and auto glass in a shop or from mobile unit.
• Calibrate vehicle electronics, including ADAS systems ( Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert ).
• Repair chips and other glass damage.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and process payments from mobile customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude; provide world-class customer service.
