Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Governance & Control Pricing Associate in Auto Finance to execute pricing changes in pricing systems, including model updates, with a focus on governance and post-implementation monitoring.

You will liaise between Technology, Pricing, and Finance Decision Optimization to support internal pricing initiatives. The role requires 3+ years in Consumer Financial Services, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Consumer Financial Services experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Working knowledge of SAS, Alteryx, and SQL.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with understanding of P&L components.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure, highly organized and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pricing system execution and testing of all pricing changes.
• Manage dealer fee table changes.
• Participate in key business initiatives impacting Pricing.
• Create Business Requirements, documentation, Test Plans, Scripts, and full Test execution for pricing updates.
• Testing, including application submission, decisioning, and outcome reviews.
• Document pass/fail summaries with screenshots and descriptions.
• Obtain sign-off from pricing managers for executed testing.
• Ensure test accounts are available and coordinate simulation test runs with IT and business partners.
• Provide coverage for Disaster Recovery and System upgrades.
• Pricing exceptions/rate override reporting.
• Back up ALG Book Load process and MRM methodology/setting.
• Back up LAZER changes management.
• Ad hoc portfolio performance analysis including customer correction impacts.
