Job summary

LMW Auto Repair in Eldersburg, Randallstown, and Owings Mills, MD, seeks an experienced diagnostic technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair advanced drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns, perform digital vehicle inspections, and document findings clearly for our customers.

You'll work Monday–Friday, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) plan. We value transparency, teamwork, and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills.
• Ability to work independently with high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certifications preferred; Tekmetric experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns.
• Perform automotive diagnostics using diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Complete engine, steering, suspension, brake, and vehicle system repairs.
• Perform digital vehicle inspections and document repair findings clearly.
• Verify repairs through testing and quality control procedures.
• Support the team with maintenance and general repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate findings through the shop workflow.
