Job summary

Drive N-Motion in Thornton, CO is seeking a full-time Shop Foreman (Senior Mechanic – Diagnostic Technician) to oversee the service department that reconditions hundreds of cars each month. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, manage a team, and ensure all units are safe and drivable before returning to customers, using industry diagnostic tools and performing complex engine services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto repair experience.
• Mentorship mindset with history of leading a larger team.
• ASE certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using industry diagnostic tools.
• Manage a team to oversee repair operations and ensure quality.
• Perform general maintenance and complex engine services.
• Address issues to prevent major failures and maintain safety.
