The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited school, is admitted in California, and brings 8+ years of defense litigation experience, especially in personal injury or general liability. Superior communication and client-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• California bar admission required.
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience, preferably in PI, general liability, catastrophic injury, or transportation.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including trial prep, investigations, court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
• Provide timely case updates and strategic guidance to clients through regular reporting and direct communication.
