Job summary

Carvana is seeking Autobody Preppers with 3+ years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join our team. You will work on multiple panels, performing heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, and large area body repairs in a fast-paced environment at one of our Inspection Centers.

Starting pay ranges from $25 to $33 per hour, with 401(k) matching, vehicle purchase discounts, and extensive healthcare coverage among the perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to heat/cold.

Responsibilities

• Perform bodywork on multiple panels.
• Execute heavy plastic welding and large area body repairs (including Bondo repair).
• Repair roofs and rocker panels as needed.
• Conduct minor plastic welding and body panel work as part of car reconditioning.
