Crash Champions is seeking a skilled technician at one of our Spring, TX locations. The role focuses on examining damaged vehicles, planning repairs, and executing high-quality work with an emphasis on safety and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising apprentices, coordinating with team members on repair progress, and deciding between repair or replacement based on safety and cost. Competitive benefits and commission-based pay structure apply.

Qualifications

• Frame machine operation experience is required.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certified.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, electrical and hydraulic components to gain access.
• Participates in all required safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces with power/hand tools.
• Directs the work of an apprentice and explains procedures.
