Job summary

Carvana is seeking Autobody Preppers in Chandler, AZ to join our advanced reconditioning centers. You will repair multiple panels, perform heavy plastic welding, and oversee Bondo repairs and roof/ rocker panel work in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding, Bondo repair, and roof/rocker panel work.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform bodywork on multiple panels and complete heavy plastic welding tasks.
• Complete repair work including Bondo repair and roof/ rocker panel work.
• Collaborate with team to prep vehicles for sale and ensure quality standards.
• Adapt to overtime as needed to meet delivery commitments.
