Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks an experienced Senior Auditor to lead SOX testing and internal control advisory work across finance and operations. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with process owners, and support external audits to help Lambda achieve public-company readiness.

You will work primarily in a Big Four–level environment, applying COSO/ICFR knowledge and delivering clear, business-focused communications to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• CPA or CIA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in internal/external audit or SOX/compliance at manager level or equivalent.
• Deep COSO/ICFR knowledge and IIA standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document SOX walkthroughs and control testing.
• Maintain ICFR/SOX 404 documentation and COSO mappings.
• Review work of co-sourced or junior team members for quality.
• Coordinate evidence collection and remediation with process owners.
• Advise on control design for new products and systems.
• Support external auditors with evidence and walkthroughs.
