Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Corporate Audit Services Senior Auditor to perform risk-based internal audits with minimal supervision. You will assess controls, test effectiveness, and document findings to support independent judgments.

You will lead engagements, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with management to identify root causes and actionable improvements, while adhering to audit policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 5+ years of applicable auditing experience.
• Experience with risk management and controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist audit team in planning engagements and analyzing risks.
• Supervise staff in testing controls using audit programs.
• Draft audit issues with root causes and recommendations.
• Support reporting and wrap-up phases of audits.
• Apply coaching and learn from it.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
