Constellation in Maryland is seeking an experienced Audit Team Lead to provide leadership and technical expertise in regulatory audits, trends analysis, and fleet oversight. You will help develop audit plans, schedules and performance measures while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication of findings to management.

The role requires ATL certification within a year, and entails traveling to multiple sites to perform audits, observe activities, and identify program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or equivalent
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience or equivalent
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
• Audit Team Lead certification required within one year

Responsabilités

• Leads or participates in comprehensive audits of site organizations and communicates results
• Performs observations of site activities and analyzes issues to identify trends
• Obtain and maintain ATL certification by performing as an ATL at least annually
• Track and follow up significant issues identified during audits
• Provide input for improvements in audit scope, scheduling and conduct
• Perform other duties including outage support as directed
