Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred; candidates actively pursuing will be considered.
• Requires 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Adaptable to varying client complexities across people, processes, and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Audit financial statements, quarterly information, and clients’ annual reports.
• Participate in pre-audit planning to assess risks and design procedures.
• Identify accounting and audit issues and perform research to resolve them.
• Test internal controls, policies, and procedures; provide recommendations.
• Audit under GAAS, GAAP, PCAOB, AICPA auditing standards, and SOX.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate with clients and team members.
• Teach and develop incoming staff and interns.
