Finance Search Partners, LLC is seeking multiple Senior Auditors to lead financial statement audits across diverse industries. You will plan engagements, supervise teams, and serve as the main client contact, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience focused on audit.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute financial statement audit engagements from start to finish.
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit strategies and procedures.
• Review financial statements, work-papers, and supporting documentation.
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate audit issues and recommendations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding engagement status and deliverables.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior audit staff.
• Ensure audits are completed accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.
• Stay current with GAAP, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engagement teams on complex client matters.
