Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to lead audits, reviews, and compilation engagements for a CPA firm client. The role emphasizes client focus, strong public accounting experience, and the ability to mentor junior staff in a hybrid schedule.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85K–$105K DOE, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional development. A 40-hour week is standard with peak-season hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
• CPA license is preferred for advancement.
• 3–5+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements end-to-end.
• Mentor junior staff and provide clear guidance.
• Review papers and financial statements for GAAP/GAAS compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and timely delivery.
• Identify issues and recommend improvements; manage timelines and budgets.
