ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Auditor to join our growing CPA firm. This hybrid role emphasizes leading audits, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality client service.

You will build strong client relationships, supervise teams, and apply GAAP expertise while contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Accounting (Masters a plus), 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience, and CPA or CPA candidacy, with a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting; Masters in Accounting is a plus.
• 2–4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Highly motivated self-starters with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity and a cooperative attitude.
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with clients by gathering information, resolving problems, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing and completing financial audits.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit process.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues.
• Acquire a working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Perform other accounting services as assigned.
