Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Senior Auditor for a growing CPA firm with a hybrid work schedule. The role will involve leading client audits and reviews from planning through completion.

You will build client relationships, ensure GAAP compliance, supervise staff, and contribute to process improvements. A BS in Accounting is required; a Master's is a plus, and CPA or CPA candidate status is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting is required; Masters in Accounting a plus.
• 2–4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Strong client service orientation and reliability.
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with clients by gathering information, resolving problems, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit process.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues.
• Acquire a working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
