Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced CPA to join a leading Chicago land area public accounting team. You will work with clients, managers and partners to deliver high-quality financial statements and tax services.

You will supervise staff accountants, review work papers and financial statements, and handle tax preparation within audit engagements. A strong commitment to client service and professional growth is essential.

Qualifications

• CPA required or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Public accounting experience is a MUST.
• Taxation knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and communication.
• Direct staff accountants as part of a client engagement team.
• Review programs to ensure assignments stay within budgeted time.
• Review work papers for accuracy and completeness.
• Review financial statements for presentation and disclosures.
• Develop spreadsheet analyses and special projects.
• Conduct accounting compilations and reviews.
• Prepare business tax returns as part of audit engagements.
