Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Auditor, Audit and Compliance to perform comprehensive audits ensuring GMP compliance across AbbVie plants, affiliates, and suppliers. You will support supplier QA audits, evaluate CAPA plans, and balance rigor with objectivity.

Requirements include a technical background, 9+ years in QA/compliance/auditing, plus 6+ years QA experience and 3+ years in audits. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific field with at least 4 years in related industry.
• 9+ years total experience; 6+ years in QA; 3+ years in compliance/auditing.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Technical background with QA audit process knowledge and GMP regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assesses compliance of systems, facilities, and procedures to regulatory requirements.
• Reviews audit observations and corrective actions for effectiveness.
• Supports strategic initiatives to improve regulatory compliance.
• Focuses on key suppliers for supplier audits of AbbVie plants.
• Coordinates audit activities with internal stakeholders and external parties.
