Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Auditor to gain broad exposure across divisions and frequent interaction with senior management. You will assess organizational and process risks, design audit programs, and draft comprehensive reports.

Essential requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 5 years in public accounting or internal audit, proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and up to 7% travel (potential international). CPA/CIA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of public accounting, internal audit, or directly applicable experience.
• Basic understanding of internal auditing standards, COSO and risk assessment practices.
• Professional proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Travel expectation up to 7%, with potential for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Executing audit engagements of financial, compliance, and operational processes and controls.
• Preparing work papers, computations, and statistical reports for established control procedures.
• Identifying issues, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement with practical recommendations.
• Maintaining sound judgment and effective communication with management.
• Drafting control deficiencies and presenting findings to audit client management.
• Collaborating with team members or working independently as required.
