U.S. Bank’s Capital Markets platform serves institutional and corporate clients through broker-dealer and related operating models spanning investment banking, institutional sales and trading, prime brokerage and outsourced trading, electronic/systematic trading, and research/corporate access. The platform operates across the U.S., U.K., Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
The Senior Auditor within Corporate Audit Services (CAS) supports independent assurance and advisory activities designed to evaluate and improve U.S. Bancorp’s risk management, control, and governance processes across the enterprise, including affiliates and majority-owned entities.
This role supports audit coverage for Capital Markets and institutional broker-dealer activities by assisting with risk assessments, audit planning, control testing, issue documentation, and reporting.
The role partners with audit team members and stakeholders across risk, compliance, operations, technology, and business areas to assess processes and controls in a regulated financial services environment.
The Senior Auditor supports the execution of audits aligned to CAS policies, IIA Standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
The role is focused on developing audit proficiency, understanding Capital Markets products and processes, evaluating control design and operating effectiveness, preparing clear documentation, and contributing to timely, high-quality audit results.
This position is appropriate for a developing audit professional with foundational audit, risk, compliance, accounting, or financial services experience and an interest in building Capital Markets and broker-dealer audit expertise.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
Pay Range: $104,550.00 - $123,000.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
