Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal or external auditing experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant financial services experience
• Experience with internal audit methodology and audit delivery
• Strong understanding of internal control concepts and risk evaluation
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners
• Strong analytical skills for assessing internal control weaknesses
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute and document audit reports with risk assessments and testing
• Collaborate with global Audit colleagues on emerging control issues
• Protect confidentiality and security of information per firm policy
• Partner with stakeholders, management, other control groups, external auditors and regulators
• Finalize audit findings and develop recommendations to strengthen controls
• Pursue self-development and stretch assignments for career growth
• Stay up to date with industry trends for innovations or partnerships
