Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to plan and lead global/ regional audits spanning business operations, IT controls, and application controls. This remote role reports to the Director, Internal Audit Management, with a collaborative, fast-paced environment and focus on AI-enabled audit techniques.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university; MIS/Finance preferred.
• 5+ years’ work in auditing, with 3 years at Big 4 or national firm.
• Experience auditing IT general controls, application controls, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute operational and integrated audits with IT and business scope.
• Perform walkthroughs, tests, and develop working papers supporting observations.
• Leverage data analytics and AI to identify control gaps and quantify risk.
• Draft clear audit issues and conclusions, drive improvements and ownership.
• Communicate audit status, issues, and reports to stakeholders.
