• Review draft financial statements, footnote disclosures, and related reports for accuracy, consistency, and proper presentation.
• Document review notes and communicate required corrections to the engagement team.
• Escalate independence concerns, audit quality issues, and other significant findings to firm leadership.
• Complete reviews within established deadlines during the busy season.

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license or retired CPA with a valid license.
• 5+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, audit procedures, and internal controls.
• Previous experience reviewing audit workpapers and/or performing audit quality reviews.
