Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related field.
• CPA license required.
• 5+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Exceptional client service skills with ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP, GAAS and IFRS.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned client engagements, including planning, directing, and completing audits.
• Oversee the efforts of multiple client engagements across industries.
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit associates and interns on engagements.
• Develop understanding of client operations, processes, and objectives.
• Research and analyze accounting issues and audit-related matters.
• Build strong working relationships with client personnel and management.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process.
• Participate in audit planning meetings as a key team member.
• Adhere to professional standards and maintain client confidentiality.
