RNInk, a leading CPA and business advisory firm in north central Phoenix, is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to oversee clients and staff across Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and estate planning. This role offers a hybrid schedule and a base salary up to $140,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Active CPA certification.
• Self-motivated and team player.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in audits and reviews.
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns.
• Knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.
• Understanding of GAGAS / Yellow Book.
• Experience with financial statement compilations.

This position will manage clients and staff and will work within several niches including Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Individual/Estate/Gift.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and base salary up to $140,000 DOE.

We are looking for an audit manager which entails the following responsibilities:

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements
• Supervise other accountants (of varying levels of proficiency and experience)
• Review work performed by other accountants
• Develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing relationships
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degre in Accounting
• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience
• Active CPA
• Self-motivated
• Work well in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
• A high understanding of GAAP and special purpose frameworks
• A high understanding of GAAS
• At least a limited understanding of GAGAS / Yellow Book
