Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• Progressive public-accounting audit experience.
• Experience as Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and workpapers.
• Demonstrated client-management and staff-development ability.
• Excellent communication, judgment and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work regularly from the Latham office.
• Capital Region residency or relocation willingness.
