This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, a base compensation of $72,000–$102,000 plus a performance bonus, and opportunities for advancement toward Audit Manager while developing leadership and technical accounting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with audit, review, or compilation engagements.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage audit, review, compilation, and consulting engagements.
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit procedures.
• Execute fieldwork and testing procedures.
• Prepare and review engagement documentation.
• Ensure engagements meet professional standards.
• Prepare audit reports and disclosures.
• Develop strong client relationships and communicate with client personnel.
• Supervise staff and provide coaching.
