Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with audit, review, or compilation engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage audit, review, compilation, and consulting engagements.
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit procedures.
• Execute fieldwork and substantive testing procedures.
• Prepare and review engagement documentation.
• Ensure engagements comply with professional standards.
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants and engagement teams.
