Qualifications

• Construction and/or Real Estate experience in auditing is desired.
• 3–5 years in relevant position or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares audit workpapers and conducts audit research.
• Manages responsibilities on audit engagements efficiently.
• Maintains strong client service relationships and cross-sells services.

Skills

Construction experience in auditing

Real Estate experience in auditing

Effective oral and written communication

Excellent organizational skills

Education

Master’s degree in accounting or finance

Bachelor’s degree with required hours for CPA

Tools

Accounting software applications
