Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Not-for-Profit and/or Government audits preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and related standards.
• Proficiency with audit software and technology.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities.
• Team-oriented with strong client service commitment.
• CPA exam preparation encouraged with Plan to Pass support.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of financial statement audits for NFP and government clients.
• Prepare clear, organized workpapers and audit documentation.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify accounting issues.
• Develop practical recommendations and communicate audit findings.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative audit environment.
