Job summary

CarlsonSV is seeking a Senior Audit Associate/Audit Senior in a hybrid role, based in New Ulm, MN, to lead audit engagements from planning through completion. You will work directly with clients in the agribusiness sector and travel to sites across Minnesota and South Dakota as needed.

The role offers significant autonomy, client interaction, and opportunities to grow into a well-rounded professional within a growing Midwest firm dedicated to integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting audit experience and ability to lead engagements from planning through completion.
• Experience taking ownership of work and managing engagement responsibilities independently.
• Comfortable traveling to client locations throughout Minnesota and South Dakota.
• Interest in agriculture and agribusiness industry.

Responsibilities

• Applying professional judgment to resolve complex accounting and auditing issues.
