Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Public Accounting Audit experience required.
• Active CPA licensure preferred, or efforts toward achieving.
• Must be a member in good standing with AICPA and MNCPA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Engagement Manager to oversee engagements.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance engagement efficiency.
• Prepares reports and manages projects.
• Conducts staff performance evaluations.
• Mentors and guides junior staff.
