Ideal candidates have extensive experience with speech technologies, a Bachelor's or Master's in relevant fields, and strong Python skills. Compensation includes a salary range of $150K to $180K depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, applied science, or ML engineering with a Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience with a Master's degree.
• Strong Python software engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build conversational and audio AI experiences.
• Optimize user experience for real-time interactions.
• Deploy and monitor production audio and conversational AI services.
