Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of post-graduate legal experience.

• Experience with the False Claims Act and/or tax matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and pursue complex civil investigations and litigation involving fraud against New York state and local governments.
• Take testimony, manage evidence, perform case analysis, and engage in settlement negotiation.
• Interact directly with opposing counsel and perform motion practice.
• Advocate effectively in oral and written form.
