• 6+ years steering general projects end to end.
• Familiar with the California market or have genuine curiosity about this market.
• Practical command of policy drafting; public speaking bonus.
• Familiarity with the San Jose market and local general landscape.
• Transparent problem-solving that doesn't wait for permission.

Responsibilities

• Write the Public Speaking runbook for the next hire.
• Document rationale behind each contract drafting decision.
• Find fast-growing workaround when the official path is blocked.
• Meet deadlines while upholding FutureTech Labs quality standards.
• Pressure-test assumptions before they become costly mistakes.
• Guard against employment law debt accumulating on your watch.
• Navigate ambiguity and ship results.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced general environment.
