Jobot, a rapidly growing business law firm with offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, seeks a New Mexico licensed Senior Associate Attorney to join our team in contract dispute matters. The position requires 5+ years of litigation experience and 2+ years in business law, with demonstrated proficiency in M&A, leases, real estate, securities, and intellectual property.

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, plus a lucrative bonus plan, 401k with match,

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to New Mexico Bar.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• 2+ years of experience within Business law.
• Experience with Securities, M&A, and commercial leases/real estate.
• Experience with Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents).

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Required experience

• Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate and securities
• Intellectual Property law (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, patents)
