From our Paterson, NJ office, Performance Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Attorney for a temporary six-year engagement. You will bridge AML and Document Review, translate senior objectives into concrete tasks, and support clients with hands-on leadership and guidance.

Qualifications

• Ability to bridge AML and Document Review functions to align teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Anti-Money Laundering and Document Review so neither team works in the dark
• Keep senior expectations grounded in what the temporary role can deliver
• Notice the quietly-excellent gap between the spec and the shipped thing
• Find the performance-driven workaround when the official path is blocked
• Translate senior objectives into concrete, actionable day-to-day steps
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Performance Consulting Group clients as needed
• Build the Document Review habits a senior role can lean on for years
