Job summary

Qualifications

• First professional law degree (J.D. or LLB) required.
• Bar admission in good standing with the highest court of a State, DC, or U.S. territory is required with current certificate of good standing.
• GS-15 level requires more than 3 years of professional legal experience commensurate with duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative legal advice on Acquisition and Intellectual Property Law issues.
• Advise on FAR/DFARS contracts and complex federal services and supply acquisitions.
• Defend acquisition decisions and patent/trademark matters at CO, Agency, GAO, Court of Federal Claims, ASBCA, and USPTO levels.
