The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of civil litigation experience, extensive trial exposure, excellent legal writing, and the ability to independently manage complex matters and client communications.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 7–10+ years of civil litigation experience with strong trial exposure.
• Proven ability to conduct high-level legal research and write persuasively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with medical malpractice and personal injury litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal and medical research
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Take and defend depositions
• Coordinate and communicate with expert witnesses

This position is ideal for an experienced litigator looking to work on meaningful cases that directly impact individuals and families. The Senior Associate Attorney will play a key role in managing complex medical malpractice and personal injury matters from case development through trial.

The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation and courtroom experience, strong legal writing abilities, and the confidence to independently handle critical aspects of case strategy and trial preparation.

• Manage and assist with medical malpractice and personal injury litigation matters
