Job summary

Barry Miller Law, a boutique real and business law firm serving Central Florida for 35+ years, seeks an experienced Florida attorney who wants to lead, not just join. You will work directly with the managing partners to shape the future of an established practice with a sophisticated client base.

As the firm grows, you will oversee real estate, business, estate planning, probate, and related matters, while mentoring junior attorneys and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • Five or more years of legal experience preferred.
  • Experience in Real Estate Law, Business Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Commercial Transactions, Civil Litigation.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional client communication and strong business judgment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and shape the growth of Barry Miller Law's practice in Florida.
  • Collaborate with managing partners to set strategy and direction.
  • Develop client relationships and manage significant matters.

Qualifications

Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
