• Participating in planning, development, and organization of medical services.
• Develops and reviews medical policies related to patient care.
• Conducts physical examinations upon admission and as-needed basis.
• Participates in comprehensive care and discharge planning; mentors staff.
• Prepares for regulatory agency site visits.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State and City regulatory requirements.
• Orders, evaluates, adjusts and discusses medication dosages with patients.
