Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Full Stack Engineer 4 (ATM) to design and deliver end-to-end software for ATM and kiosk ecosystems. You will work across Windows OS, vendor XFS, security software, and data streaming to build robust financial technology infrastructure.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, collaborate with product, design, and architecture, and drive engineering standards in an Agile environment. Strong focus on performance, scalability, and proactive troubleshooting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related technical degree.
• At least 4 years in software engineering; internship not counted.
• At least 2 years with cloud platforms or virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end full-stack solutions across ATM/kiosk ecosystem.
• Lead delivery of resilient software components with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure seamless system integrations and set engineering standards and practices.
• Work in Agile teams to maximize availability, performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot field issues, perform root-cause analysis, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay ahead of tech trends and mentor engineering community.
