• Minimum 8+ years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• CPA license is required.

• Manage and develop relationships with clients in a book of business.
• Oversee all services for assigned clients, including engagement management and fee discussions.
• Review and approve work papers and engagement progress to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Lead client communications, status updates, and management letters with staff and managers.
• Mentor staff and oversee engagement teams to ensure high-quality client service.
