Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent degree.
• CPA or CA certification.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
• Understanding of GAAP/GAAS and IFRS regulations.
• Proven record of building client relationships.
• 4+ years in team lead or in-charge roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality client service and coordinate audit deliverables.
• Assess risk and communicate procedures to teams.
• Understand and apply RSM Audit Methodology.
• Manage multiple engagement teams and evaluate staff.
• Supervise seniors and supervisors; coach and review work.
• Maintain client contact and assess business developments.
• Develop others through trainings and career guidance.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
