Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.

• Familiarity with audit platforms CaseWare or ProSystem FX.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an engagement lead on select client accounts.
• Own pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Participate in proposals and business development initiatives.
• Lead and develop teams of staff associates and interns.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive client management.
• Take ownership of delivering high-quality work while expanding technical and leadership skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
